CORPERATE BOOKING TERMS
GENERAL
ALL ADDITIONAL EXPENSES which may occur during IN-PERSON bookings must be paid for by the COMPANY/ORGANISATION. This may include & is not limited to: meals, travel costs.
Please be aware for occupational health and safety, Melinah's assistant will be on call throughout all bookings.
Locations MUST be WHEELCHAIR Accessible (flat or ONE step entry) and must include an accessible bathroom.
Bookings must be treated with discretion and the location must not be shared at any time.
Secured bookings are dependent on the COMPANY/ORGANISATION respecting Melinah's health & boundaries. Compromisations to Melinah's health & safety during a booking will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Violation of this will result in immediate termination of the booking.
There is also zero tolerance for any violence towards Melinah or her assistant.
Bookings will be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY:
- If the outcall location is NOT Wheelchair Accessible, as defined above
- If THE COMPANY/ORGANISATION refuses to show a form of identification or transparency
NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances.
Bookings must be made 72 HOURS or more in advance (as much notice as possible is preferable!)!
CANCELATION POLICY
Bookings can be transferred to ONE new mutually agreed date if required, subject to availability.
Cancelations made within 24 hours of bookings times, will forfeit the associated booking fee.
Full refunds are only given on the rare occasion Melinah needs to cancel the booking.
FMTY
Bookings MUST DEPART from Melbourne (TULLAMARINE AIRPORT ONLY). Flights must be FLEXI. with QANTAS Airways as a result of disability access requirements & general airline policies.
Availability for FMTY bookings is strictly limited.
ALL EXPENSES which occur during FMTY bookings must be paid for by THE COMPANY/ORGANISATION. This may include & is not limited to: flights, transport, accommodation, meals, event costs.
Accommodation MUST be 4-star minimum & WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILE WITH DISABILITY AMMENITIES (e.g accessible roll-in shower, bathroom handrails).
Successful FMTY service bookings are dependent on THE COMPANY/ORGANISATION respecting Melinah's health & boundaries. Compromisations to Melinah's health & safety during a booking will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Violation of this will result in immediate termination a booking as per the General Terms above.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the service fee is required to secure a booking & are payable via BEEM. The remaining amount of the service fee must be paid at the START of the booking via BEEM or cash.
Bookings must be made TWO (2) WEEKS or more in advance (as much notice as possible is preferable!)!

PAYMENTS

INTERNATIONAL - Ko-Fi (No registration required!), or other agreed payment method.
A non-refundable deposit/booking fee of 10% of the service fee is required to secure a booking & are payable via the applicable payment method above. The remaining amount of the service fee must be paid at the on the day, or preferably 24 hours prior of the booking via BEEM or CASH, or other agreed payment method.
IN-PERSON bookings must be made 72 HOURS or more in advance (as much notice as possible is preferable!)! INTERSTATE (OUTSIDE OF VICTORIA) bookings must be made 2 WEEKS or more in advance (as much notice as possible is preferable!)!
VIRTUAL bookings must be made 24 HOUR or more in advance (as much notice as possible is preferable!) & Payments are required IN FULL in order to secure & complete a booking.
A confirmation Text or Email will be forwarded immediately on confirmation and acceptance of booking once screening is completed.
