2257 Compliance Statement
In compliance with United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257, all models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexual and fetish content appearing otherwise contained at MelinahViking.com and associated sites (MsMelinah.com; ClubMelLou.com; GoddessMelinah.com; MelinahMcRae.com and external sites) were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions. Some of the aforementioned depictions appearing or otherwise contained at the site contain only visual depictions of actual sexual and fetish content made before July 3, 1995, and, as such, are exempt from the requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and C.F.R. 75.

All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction have taken full responsibility upon their decision to appear in such descriptions.
The owners and operators of MelinahViking.com and associated sites (MsMelinah.com; ClubMelLou.com; GoddessMelinah.com; MelinahMcRae.com) are either the primary or secondary producer (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 or subsequent case law defining such) of any of the visual content.
